Stephen divides his week between corporate wellness consulting and clinical practice. Face-to-face appointments are held two days each week — Mondays and Fridays — at the integrative health and community clinic, Te Ara Sophia, located in Opawa, Christchurch.
During clinic hours, phone and online consultations are also available for international clients and those outside of Christchurch.

INITIAL NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATIONS:
90 minutes $260 | 75 minutes $215
REGULAR CONSULTATIONS (naturopathic/coaching):
60 minutes $175 | 45 minutes $130
PHONE CONSULTATIONS, QUERIES & ADVICE:
30 minutes $85 | 15 minutes $40

DISCOVERY CALLS:
Discovery calls are for those new to this form of work. It involves a brief phone call (5-10 minutes maximum) to confirm this is the right service for you and to establish a connection before our first session.
